The production process is completed by hand, including peeling hundreds of pounds of citrus, weighing dozens of spices, and decorticating vanilla beans. Bittercube Bitters are made exclusively with "raw" ingredients and do not contain any extracts or oils. These bitters have a citrus-forward flavor with prominent aromas of caramelized orange, toasted coriander, and toasted cardamom. The orange peel is double macerated to enhance the orange flavor and burnt sugar is added at the end of the process to create a subtle caramelized orange taste.
