King Floyd's Small Batch Ginger Bitters
King Floyd's Small Batch Ginger Bitters is a 100ml, 45% ABV bitters from King Floyd's of Sonoma County, California, capturing the bright spice and warmth of fresh ginger. Real ginger root is paired with citrus peel, cassia and gentian and macerated in a clean neutral spirit.
The nose shows vivid ginger sharpness, citrus brightness and warm spice, and the palate delivers crisp ginger heat balanced by citrus oils and herbal bitterness with a clean, lingering finish. A few dashes bring vibrant spice to Old Fashioneds, highballs, mules, ginger sours and tiki drinks.
