Freshly pressed juice from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes is blended with the estate's cognac eau-de-vie, in which organic red raspberries have macerated for three months, then bottled at 16% ABV.
The result is a brilliant aperitif that captures fresh raspberry from the bush wrapped in the lush, grapey embrace of Pineau. It bursts from nose to finish with vibrant raspberry, oxidized grape, fig and orange blossom, with a spirited attack and a pleasant acidity that keeps it refreshing.
