Le Réviseur VSOP Cognac is a single-estate Petite Champagne cognac from a family property cultivated for generations, where every step from vine to bottle takes place on the estate. Aged at least four years in French oak and bottled at 40% ABV, it is a favorite in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe and a well-kept secret in the United States.
It shows old gold with amber tints. The nose is fruity and elegant with a touch of spice, evolving to oaky, grilled notes and a more pronounced walnut shell. The palate is full, with pleasant elegance, ripe fruit, vanilla and a clean finish. It is a fine sipping VSOP and a polished base for a Sazerac or a Vieux Carré.
