Etter Kirsch Eau-de-Vie 2004 is a 700ml, 42% ABV vintage Swiss cherry brandy from Etter Söhne, the family distillery founded in Zug in 1870. Made from hand-selected Swiss cherries of the 2004 harvest and distilled in small copper stills, it is part of Etter's rare single-vintage Kirsch series.
The spirit is crystal clear and beautifully pure, with delicate floral aromas, vibrant ripe cherry and almond on the palate, and a smooth, lingering finish. Serve it at cellar temperature in a small glass as a digestif, or add it to cocktails and desserts for authentic cherry depth.
