The nose is very intense and fruity with a slightly tart freshness, and the palate opens with lively acidity before evolving from the green taste of fresh wild strawberries to the very ripe, jammy character of preserves. Add it to champagne, use it in daiquiris, sours and spritzes, or drizzle it over dessert.
