It is a crème de fruits made from an infusion of pêches de vigne, the small, intensely flavored peaches traditionally grown between vineyard rows.
Light salmon pink with golden shades, it has a deliciously fruity aroma combining the softness of the flesh with the characteristic vegetal notes of the skin, and a very fruity taste close to the fruit itself.
