The base is Bloom London Dry, created in 2009 by Joanne Moore, Master Distiller at G&J Greenall — England's oldest gin distiller, running since 1761 — with honeysuckle, chamomile, and pomelo over Tuscan juniper; here the recipe is layered with jasmine and rose for a soft pink hue and an aroma reviewers compare to walking into an English country garden in full bloom.
