Flor de Luna, a pioneering micro-distillery founded in Mexico City in 2015 with a five-woman crew led by Maestra Destiladora Hillhamn Salome, builds it around the fruit of the cactus that's an emblem of the city — xoconostle, the tart prickly pear — and the soft, generous aromatics of Mexican orange blossom, alongside juniper, raspberry, coriander, and lime zest. It pours clear from a pink glass bottle, bottled at 43% ABV as a Mexico City Extra Dry, and took Gold at the 2025 Bartender Spirits Awards.
