Jacopo Poli Vespaiolo Grappa 375ml
Jacopo Poli Vespaiolo Grappa is a 375ml single-varietal grappa from Poli Distillerie, the family distillery founded in 1898 in Schiavon in the Veneto. It is distilled from the fresh pomace of Vespaiolo, the native white grape of Breganze, in Poli's traditional copper stills.
The aroma is floral and elegant, reminiscent of white blossoms, with fresh pear and apricot on the palate, a silky texture and subtle notes of honey, herbs and citrus on the lingering finish. Serve it chilled in a tulip glass after dinner, or add a splash to espresso for a caffè corretto.
