Marigot Bay is a line of Caribbean rum cream liqueurs produced, blended and bottled by St. Lucia Distillers in Roseau, Saint Lucia. Named for the sheltered bay on the island's west coast, the range takes the familiar idea of a cream liqueur and builds it on Saint Lucian rum instead of whiskey, blending the spirit with fresh cream and natural flavors for a smooth, pourable dessert-style drink.

St. Lucia Distillers is the island's only rum producer and is best known internationally for its Chairman's Reserve and Bounty rums. Marigot Bay applies that rum-making background to a lighter, lower-proof category, bottled at 12.5% ABV in 700ml bottles so the flavors stay forward and easy to sip.

The collection covers four expressions. Chocolate Coffee Rum Cream pairs dark cocoa with roasted coffee for a mocha-style pour. Coconut Rum Cream leans tropical, with coconut over a vanilla cream base. Peanut Rum Cream delivers a rich, nutty, peanut-butter-style profile. Spiced Rum Cream brings warm baking spice and vanilla with the molasses character of the base rum. All four work served chilled over ice, stirred into coffee or hot chocolate, shaken into dessert cocktails, or poured over ice cream.
