Where Irish cream is built on whiskey, Marigot Bay is built on Saint Lucian rum blended with fresh cream and natural flavors, and this is the darkest pour in the range, pairing rich chocolate with roasted coffee for a mocha-style liqueur that drinks like dessert in a glass. The line is named for the sheltered bay on the island's west coast and is bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 700ml bottle, low enough in proof that the chocolate and coffee stay forward and easy to sip.
