Licor 43 Caramel Cookie Cream Liqueur Limited Edition is the newest seasonal release from Licor 43, the Spanish liqueur made by the Zamora family in Cartagena since 1946 from a closely guarded recipe of 43 Mediterranean fruits, botanicals and spices. It arrived in the United States in February 2026 following the Chocolate and Crème Brûlée expressions, and takes the Original's signature vanilla and citrus as its base before layering in caramel, warm cinnamon and the toasted biscuit character of cookie butter, all folded into a smooth, creamy liqueur bottled at 32 proof (16% ABV). In the glass it pours a deep toasted amber with golden undertones; on the palate the caramel comes first, then cinnamon spice and buttery baked-cookie notes over the familiar Licor 43 vanilla, finishing soft and sweet. It earned a Master medal, the top award, at The Spirits Business Liqueur Masters 2025. Serve it chilled or over ice, pour it into coffee or hot chocolate, or shake the brand's Caramel Cookie Espresso Martini: 1.5 oz Licor 43 Caramel Cookie, 1 oz fresh espresso and 0.5 oz vodka, strained into a coupe with a cinnamon-sugar rim. 750ml bottle.
