Estate-grown single-origin Nicaraguan coffee comes in through Thrive Farmers, a direct-trade partner committed to paying producers a living wage, roasted to a curated Northshore profile and cold-brewed at high concentration, then blended with Worthy Park Estate Jamaican rum at Five & 20 Spirits in New York, with just enough Demerara sugar to balance. The numbers tell the story: dosage sits at 144 g/L where many competing liqueurs run 300+, and it bottles at 30% ABV (60 proof) rather than the usual 20%. That means it actually tastes like rum — the Worthy Park pot still character is unmistakable underneath.
