Named after the lush Yambaru forest region in northern Okinawa, this expression highlights locally sourced botanicals that capture the essence of the island’s terroir. The rum is fermented using proprietary yeast cultivated from local sugarcane fields and distilled multiple times before being infused and redistilled with native ingredients such as shikuwasa (Okinawan citrus), getto (wild ginger), and pipachi (Okinawan long pepper), creating a truly distinctive spiced rum profile.
