The Reposado is 100% fully mature highland blue Weber agave, slow-roasted three days in brick ovens, roller-milled, fermented in stainless with deep-well water, double-distilled in handmade copper pots, rested in ex-American whiskey barrels for the reposado term, and bottled at 40% ABV in recycled glass.
