On the nose, it bursts with intense cane sugar, roasted pineapple, manuka honey, and aromatic herbs such as thyme and bay leaf, followed by warm spice notes of clove, black pepper, and candied orange peel.The palate is robust and full-bodied, offering flavors of grilled coconut, dark chocolate bitterness, and savory herbs like sage and star anise, evolving into smoky black cardamom and waves of licorice.
