I was attracted to this website because of wording peppered throughout how they fulfilled orders quickly and fast shipping. First, order was not fulfilled quickly. I had to email them and ask why. They quickly created the order but with no tracking number. A week later I asked when my order would be shipped. They stated the coconut rum was not in stock. Expected soon and order would be shipped. I emailed them again, no response. Contacted credit card company to dispute the transactions, then suddenly I get a notification from them that the items have been shipped via 2-day air. It was a lot of work dealing with this company to get answers and updates. My take-a-way: This company does not have fast shipping if the item is not in stock, which is fine but they do not communicate this with customers. In my case, the order was for an event, and I had a deadline. I read reviews on Google after the fact, and many other customers wrote about similar experiences. I will not be ordering online from this company again. I must give them credit for the following. First, the day they were going to ship (10 days later and not answering my emails), Microsoft crashed and disrupted their ability to ship. They also shipped two-day air so I'd get the product in time for the event.
