Grande Reserve 5 Year is Barbados rum from the West Indies Rum Distillery — which Ferrand bought in 2017 — a pot-and-column blend aged three to four years in ex-bourbon oak on the island, then one to two more in Ferrand's cognac casks in France, bottled at 40% ABV in the raffia-wrapped bottle.
