Sotol is the spirit of the Chihuahuan Desert, distilled from the wild Dasylirion plant (desert spoon) rather than agave, with a grassy, mineral, earthy character all its own. Shop sotol from Chihuahua and Texas at Chips Liquor, including Flor del Desierto, Desert Door and Sotol Ono, and buy online with fast shipping right to your door.
