Description: Agave de Oro Tequila is a premium tequila made from 100% estate agave sourced from the Orendain fields surrounding the town of Tequila in the state of Jalisco. The agave is cooked in an autoclave and then shredded using a mechanical mill. Fermentation takes place in open stainless steel tanks or stone vessels, using a cultivated yeast strain and allowing for the inclusion of wild yeast strains. The tequila is then double distilled in small batches at the Distillery "El Llano", one of the oldest distilleries in the region. The result is a high-quality tequila with a rich and complex flavor profile.
