Tequilera Cascahuín is a fourth-generation family distillery in El Arenal founded by Salvador Rosales Briseño in 1904, run today by master distiller Salvador Chava Rosales at NOM 1123; the name means hill of light, for the nearby hills that draw lightning. The Blanco is 100% lowlands blue Weber agave slow-roasted in stone ovens, milled, fermented naturally, distilled in stainless-and-copper alembics, and bottled unaged at 40% ABV, additive-free — verified by Tequila Matchmaker.
