Description: Los Valores Blanco Tequila is a beautifully pure expression made from 100% Blue Weber agave and produced without additives, offering a transparent window into the unique terroir of its distillery. Located between the traditional highland and lowland zones of Jalisco, Los Valores draws on both vegetal brightness and mineral sweetness. In production, about 70% of the agave is roasted in a stone oven while 30% is steamed in a low-pressure autoclave, with double distillation in stainless steel pot stills and open-air fermentation before bottling at 40% ABV. The result is a crisp, lively blanco with floral peppery notes, green agave character, citrus zest, and a clean, dry finish.
