Each batch is a unique blend of agave varieties, reflecting the traditional practice of harvesting and distilling agaves based on their maturity and availability.

For instance, a notable batch from May 2020 (Lot E-11-MMC-20) comprised 62% Mexicano and 38% Madrecuixe agaves, distilled to 50.8% ABV. This ensamble offers a vibrant yet mellow profile, with aromas of fresh-cut grass, morning dew, and honey. The palate reveals citrusy sweetness reminiscent of ripe oranges and mandarins, complemented by a finish that combines bittersweet orange rind with subtle smoke and savoriness.

Another batch (Lot E16-TTOBE-19) featured 52% Tepeztate, 35% Tobalá, and 13% Espadín agaves, distilled to 51.5% ABV. This blend presented a nose rich in green, medicinal, and herbal notes, with a palate showcasing floral, herbal, and sweet fruit flavors, culminating in a slightly warm finish.
