Retired in 2004, many Ardbeg fans believed it was gone for good. However, its return has been a long time coming. Dr. Bill Lumsden has carefully crafted this release to replicate the original, meticulously recreating the flavor profile and choosing to bottle it at 40% strength, just as it was in its initial release.
