Yeyo Tequila was founded by Jon Bullinger in 2010 and relaunched in 2019 at the same family distillery, NOM 1414, Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados in Arandas, in the heart of the Los Altos highlands. Master distiller Sergio Cruz works with estate-grown Tequilana Weber agave from the region's red volcanic soil.

Piñas are slow-cooked in stone and brick ovens, roller-milled, and fermented in stainless steel with deep well water for more than 190 hours, with a Mozart playlist running in the fermentation room. Distillation is double, in copper pot stills. We carry the standard Blanco, the 96-proof High Proof Blanco, the Reposado rested in dark rum casks, and the Rosa Reposado finished in ex-Syrah, ex-Sherry and ex-Port wine casks.

It is a highland house with a playful streak and serious technique, equally good neat or in a cocktail.
