Description: Alto Canto Blanco Tequila is a high-altitude, small-batch expression crafted from 100% certified organic Blue Weber agave. At 9,000 feet above sea level in Jalisco, the agaves are slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens, milled by tahona, and fermented in open-air wooden vats using ambient yeasts. The result is a crisp and layered blanco featuring aromas of citrus zest, wet stone, and botanical notes, paired with a palate of cooked agave, green apple, minerals, and a touch of pepper, finishing clean with a subtle sweetness.
