Arak is the anise-flavored grape spirit of the Levant, made by distilling grape wine and redistilling it with aniseed for a clean licorice flavor and the famous milky cloud that appears when cold water is added.
Elite is the smoothest and most refined of the Haddad range, made from carefully selected grapes and the finest aniseed, with a rounded anise character, a rich grape spirit base, and a long, elegant finish.
