Asbach 15 Year Spezial-Brand is a 750ml German brandy from Asbach, the house founded by Hugo Asbach in Rüdesheim am Rhein in 1892 and the name that defines Weinbrand in Germany. Distillates are carefully selected from the best wine-growing regions and aged for at least 15 years in Limousin oak barrels.
Dark gold with a red hue, it has a strong aroma of jasmine mixed with citrus and vanilla and a hint of green apple. The palate is elegant, fresh and vinous, soft and well-rounded with light sweetness and a subtle bitter edge, and the finish is very long. Sip it neat in a snifter as a digestif.
