The resulting brandy has a dark topaz appearance and an elegant fusion of vinous and spicy notes, as well as harmonious notes of wood and a hint of cocoa in the aroma. On the palate, it is full-bodied and vinous, with the sweetness of ripe grapes combining with spicy notes of noble oak wood to create a harmonious and enjoyably warming flavor.
