Aviation Cranberry & Blood Orange Gin is the first flavored release from Aviation American Gin, launched nationwide in February 2026 and made at the brand's distillery in Portland, Oregon. It starts with Aviation's signature American dry gin, a batch-distilled spirit from a neutral grain base in which juniper shares the stage with cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, Indian sarsaparilla and sweet and bitter orange peel. To that base the distillers add natural cranberry and blood orange flavor for a sweet-tart, fruit-led profile that keeps the gin's botanical backbone. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
