    Dovetail is blended to highlight some of our favorite flavors. Woody bourbon; terroir driven Dunn Cabernet; toasted french oak; Late Bottled Vintage Port pipes; black strap molasses casks; all working in tandem to create a buttery and deep whiskey as unique as it is delicious. Dovetail took almost a year to get right, from blending to labeling, all coming together in a seemingly perfect point

    • 10-year-old whiskey distilled in Indiana, finished in Dunn Vineyards Cabernet barrels

    • 11-year-old bourbon distilled in Tennessee finished in black strap rum casks and LBV Port Pipes

    • Crafted and bottled in Kentucky

    Delicious warm fruit bomb in a glass

    One of the best blended whiskeys on the market. Big, robust body with warm mixed berry pie base and long, buttery finish with hints of rich salted caramel. Very high ABV stands up GREAT to ice -- is like desert in a glass over a couple rocks. Makes me think of a hearty dessert with ma and pa after a long day posted up in a tree stand. Thanks Chips for always having readily available!

      Smoke Wagon 7 yr private barrel...YES!

      Not much else to say. It's really good. This bourbon has a great "nose". Also, it tastes older than 7 yr because of how the flavors pop and the smoothness. The flavor has a little complexity but not too much. It has a real bourbon feel in your mouth and aftertaste as well. Very good texture and viscosity. All in All i find it to be an all around success and score it upwards of 8.8-9.0 out of 10. I look forward to trying the longer aged release.
