Bittercube Jamaican No. 2 Bitters are small-batch, handmade bitters developed in Milwaukee and produced in Madison, Wisconsin, using spirits from Yahara Bay Distillers. Everything is done by hand, from peeling citrus to weighing spices and decorticating vanilla beans, with no extracts or oils.
Jamaican No. 2 is bright and tropical, with grapefruit and hibiscus overtones and island spice notes. It has an unusually thick texture thanks to a grapefruit molasses Bittercube makes from the leftover juice after the peels go into the bitters, a zero-waste touch that also adds body.
