Description: Bittercube Bitters are made in Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin using spirits from Yahara Bay Distillers. The bitters are handmade by peeling citrus, weighing spices, and decorticating vanilla beans, without using any extracts or oils. These bitters have a bright flavor with grapefruit and hibiscus overtones and island spice notes, and have a thick texture due to the addition of grapefruit molasses made from leftover juice after the peels are added to the mixture.
