The bitters are handmade by peeling citrus, weighing spices, and decorticating vanilla beans, without using any extracts or oils. These bitters have a bright flavor with grapefruit and hibiscus overtones and island spice notes, and have a thick texture due to the addition of grapefruit molasses made from leftover juice after the peels are added to the mixture.
