Description: This mixer recreates the flavor of a Sazerac cocktail, using botanicals found in French absinthe and spices used in bitters. It is naturally colored with cochineal and aged in Willett Family Reserve Rye whiskey barrels, which gives it a dry, spicy character. It pairs best with aged spirits and can be served by mixing 1 part mixer with 4 parts rye, stirring with ice, and garnishing with a lemon twist.
