Bodegas Yuste Pedro I Gran Reserva is a 750ml Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva from Bodegas Yuste of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in the sherry triangle of Andalusia. Gran Reserva is the top tier of Brandy de Jerez, aged a minimum of three years and typically far longer in sherry-seasoned oak soleras.
Resplendent amber in the glass, it offers dark dried fruit, fig and raisin with toffee, vanilla and oak on the nose. The palate is velvety and smooth with ripe plum, dark chocolate and aged oak, and the finish is a long, harmonious blend of spice, sweetness and warmth. Sip it neat after dinner.
