Boondocks describes rich caramel and vanilla aromas, a robust, pleasantly aggressive palate of fall spice and oak, and a finish that lasts well over a minute. Eleven years old at cask strength is a lot of whiskey for the money, and it rewards a splash of water, which brings the honey and fruit back forward.
