Botanico del Parco Genziana is an Italian gentian liqueur made in the tradition of the mountain villages of the Apennines, where the roots of the yellow gentian have been steeped in spirit for centuries as a digestivo. The gentian root is macerated to extract its clean, earthy bitterness and balanced with sugar and a touch of alpine herbs, yielding a luminous golden liqueur. Bottled at 25% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The aroma is delicate gentian with floral and herbal notes that recall a mountain meadow. The palate balances the distinct bitterness of gentian with subtle sweetness, a velvety texture and a smooth, lingering finish.
