The liqueur starts with that smooth, creamy vodka and infuses it with dried ancho chiles, the sun-dried form of the poblano pepper, for smoky sweetness and gentle heat rather than a raw burn. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
