Description: In collaboration with the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc), Buffalo Trace Distillery crafted this Kosher Rye Recipe Bourbon Whiskey. Using the same high-quality grains as Buffalo Trace Bourbon, this spirit was aged for seven years in specially designated Kosher barrels. To meet Passover requirements, the barrels were sold to a non-Jewish executive through a ceremony overseen by a cRc representative. Bottled at 94 proof, the bottling lines were carefully cleaned to ensure no contact with non-Kosher spirits. Released annually after Passover, this bold and distinctive Rye Recipe Bourbon honors the legacy of America’s oldest continuously operating distillery.
