Croizet XO Cognac
Croizet XO Cognac is a pure Grande Champagne cognac from a house founded in 1805 by Léon Croizet, a former cellar master to Napoleon's court, and still based on its estate in Saint-Même-les-Carrières. Grande Champagne is the premier cru of Cognac, prized for finesse and long aging potential, and Croizet uses both wet and dry cellar aging in French oak to build smoothness and depth. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
The style is delicate and restrained rather than heavy: fig, vanilla, saffron and cinnamon on the nose and palate, with a silky texture and a long, elegant finish. It is a cognac for quiet sipping neat, and it pairs beautifully with dried fruit and dark chocolate.
Presented in a gift box, this 750ml bottle is a refined Grande Champagne XO at a fair price for the cru. Buy Croizet XO Cognac online with fast shipping right to your door.
