Crown Royal Noble Collection Winter Wheat is the sixth expression in Crown Royal's Noble Collection, the brand's series of limited-edition releases that each explore a different grain or technique. As the name says, it's built on wheat: Crown Royal distilled it from a mash bill of 51% red winter wheat, 39% corn and 10% malted barley, then aged it in charred American white oak barrels before blending. The wheat-majority recipe sets it apart from the rye-spice character Crown Royal is known for, giving a softer, buttery, sweeter profile. It's bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof).
