A blend of aromatic spices and botanicals, led by cinnamon and clove with a hint of citrus and gentian bitterness, they are built for the Old Fashioned but at home in any stirred drink. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 100ml dasher bottle.
A few dashes add warm, rounded spice and depth: use them in an Old Fashioned, a Manhattan, a Sazerac, a Whiskey Sour or a Champagne cocktail, or add a dash to a rum punch or a hot toddy. A craft alternative to the big red-capped bottle and the one bitters to own if you only own one.
