Manille Liqueur de Dalandan is a Filipino citrus liqueur from Destileria Limtuaco, the oldest distillery in the Philippines, founded in 1852. Dalandan is the native Philippine orange, a green-skinned, sweet-tart fruit sold from roadside stands across the islands, and Limtuaco captures it by steeping the rinds in neutral molasses spirit with no artificial flavorings. Bottled at 27.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The liqueur pours a luminous orange with a zesty, sweet aroma of fresh dalandan. The palate delivers succulent orange sweetness balanced by lively acidity and a smooth, velvety texture, finishing bright and refreshing.
