Nirvana is a Serbian pear brandy, or vilijamovka, from Destilerija Zarić, a family distillery that continues Serbia's centuries-old rakija tradition. Ripe Williams pears from Serbian orchards are fermented and double-distilled in copper, then rested to soften and develop, producing an elegant brandy that captures the perfume of the fruit at its peak. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The taste is a delightful fusion of fruit and spirit: pure, juicy pear with subtle notes of oak and a delicate touch of vanilla, leading to a smooth, lingering, warming finish.
