Dimmi Liquore di Milano is an Italian liqueur inspired by the aperitivo culture of Milan, made on a base of grappa and infused with a blend of fruits, flowers and botanicals including peach, apricot, orange blossom, vanilla, licorice, rhubarb and ginseng. Dimmi means "tell me" in Italian, a nod to the conversation an aperitivo is meant to start. Bottled at 35% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The taste is soft and elegant: ripe peach and apricot with a floral lift of orange blossom, a hint of vanilla and licorice and a gentle bitterness from rhubarb and ginseng, finishing smooth and lingering.
