This results in a natural and clean finish, with bright botanical notes and a subtle hint of fresh rain on the palate. This Absinthe can be enjoyed as an aperitif, digestif, or as a base for any handcrafted cocktail. Some of the prominent botanicals used in this blend include wormwood, damiana, hyssop, fennel pollen, spearmint, and star anise.
