The distillery's single pot still whiskey, made from malted barley, unmalted barley and Irish oats, is finished in casks that previously held Pinot Noir and bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).
The wine cask brings red berries and a soft tannic grip to the creamy, spicy pot still base. Expect vanilla, berry fruit and oak on the nose, a rounded palate of honey, orchard fruit and light spice, and a finish that lingers with wine-cask fruit.
