El Dorado Rum Cream is the cream liqueur from Demerara Distillers of Guyana, the makers of El Dorado, the world's most awarded rum. It blends the distillery's aged Demerara rums with fresh dairy cream and a touch of vanilla and spice, in the Caribbean tradition of rum creams enjoyed over ice on warm evenings. Bottled at 16.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The aroma is caramel and toffee with tropical spice. The palate is velvety cream meeting the warmth of aged rum, with vanilla, caramel and a hint of coconut, finishing smooth and indulgent. Serve it over ice, pour it into coffee or hot chocolate, blend it with ice for a frozen treat, shake it into a rum White Russian or a Bushwacker, or drizzle it over ice cream.
