Sukkah Hill Spirits makes it with no preservatives, stabilizers, clarifiers or artificial additives, and it is gluten free, vegan and kosher for Passover.
The etrog gives it an aroma of lemon verbena, lime leaf and Meyer lemon candy, with a moderately sweet, medium body and a finish of honey, herbs, pink pepper and lemon blossom. It is a wonderful upgrade for any cocktail that calls for triple sec or limoncello, and it shines simply chilled or topped with soda.
