Etter Kirsch Eau-de-Vie 1995 is a 750ml, 42% ABV vintage Swiss cherry brandy from Etter Söhne, the family distillery founded in Zug in 1870. Part of Etter's rare single-vintage Kirsch series, it was distilled from fully ripe Swiss cherries of the 1995 harvest and rested for years to soften and integrate.
The nose is sun-ripened cherry with almond and delicate blossom, and the palate is smooth and layered, balancing fruit sweetness against a clean, dry, warming finish. Serve it at cellar temperature in a small glass as a digestif, or use it to add depth to a cherry cocktail or dessert.
